How Do You Ensure Quality Control?
We are hired and paid directly by the senior or the responsible party/family member or the employer and are therefore able to work directly in the best interest of our client. We are independently owned and operated and we personally pre-screen and approve all coordinated service providers, vendors, and senior living facilities. This allows us to offer the most credible and qualified range of options to our clients that will best suit their individual needs.
What Are Your Fees?
We are happy to provide you with a written explanation of our services and anticipated costs before we begin any work on your behalf. Here is some brief information on fees:
- • Initial Consultation – There is an initial consult fee of $125 which is deducted from any outlined service fees if we are retained. During this meeting we will evaluate all details and provide recommendations and solutions to address the client’s needs.
- • Fixed fees also will usually apply when cases involve legal services, benefits eligibility, and care management for a specific period of time.
- • Hourly billing is used when we are unable to determine in advance the amount or extent of services that may be required. Our hourly billing fee is determined by multiplying the number of hours spent on the service by the hourly billing rate of the professional who provides the service.
