Brandy Moylan

Associate Case Manager, Paralegal

Brandy has been with Care Connect of Hampton Roads since 2009.  After receiving her degree in Paralegal Studies she began working for AIA.  She has gained valuable experience in various types of law such as, Family, Personal Injury, Compensation and Business.

 Brandy is very knowledgeable in her field and therefore can navigate the legal aspects of Elder Care well. It is because of this strong background and knowledge that she takes the lead on all of our Aid and Attendance applications and files.  She has studied Title 38 of the US Code extensively.  That paired with her knowledge of legal procedures provides her with in depth details pertaining to the Veterans Affairs department as well as the rules and regulations of Veterans pension.

 Our clients truly enjoy her kindness and sincerity.  She has proved to be an essential part of Care Connect of Hampton Roads.

Sara Thomas

Director of Case Management

 Sara came to Care Connect of Hampton Roads in 2010.  She has been in the medical field for the past 10 years and has gained valuable experience amid her different roles.  She became a Licensed Nursing Assistant in early 2001 and worked in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and on specialized Alzheimer’s and Dementia units.

 In 2004 she became a Certified Medical Assistant.  She has since gained experience in primary and urgent care, gerontology, home health and advanced heart failure from physician offices, home health agencies and hospitals.

 Her experience in the medical field coupled with her compassion and caring spirit for the elderly, allow our clients and their families to feel at ease in difficult situations.  It is because of this that she makes a great addition to Care Connect of Hampton Roads.

Tom Gilmore

Director of Sales and Marketing

Tom's background in marketing and admissions with area assisted living, specialized memory care and independent senior housing has brought signifigant value to the firm.  Tom is currently responsible for spearheading Care Connect's public relations, community outreach and marketing programs in and outside of the state of Virginia.
